Usman represented an IDS Real Estate Group (www.idsrealestate.com) entity in connection with the sale of ______ industrial buildings at Vineyard at 9th Business Park. Two industrial buildings totaling ___,___ square feet continue to be owned and operated by the IDS entity. We currently negotiate the leases for Landlord and provide counsel on other legal issues at the Project.
