Monique Olivier

Monique is a transactional real estate attorney with over 15 years of experience. Her real estate practice focuses on commercial leasing, purchase/sale transactions, and financings.

Monique frequently represents purchasers and sellers of retail, office, industrial properties, primarily in California. In representing landlords and tenants, she often negotiates AIR CRE Leases. Monique also provides counsel to real estate owners in an array of property ownership matters.

Prior to joining Consensus Legal, Monique was a partner at Mastromonaco & Associates in San Francisco, where she represented major banking institutions in commercial real estate finance transactions involving property located in 35 states. She successfully completed 200+ real estate secured construction and permanent financings, sale-lease backs, syndicated loans, lines of credit and debt restructuring, ranging from $2MM to $187MM.

Monique obtained her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. She was editor of the Law Review. Monique obtained her bachelor’s degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. She also attended La Sorbonne University in Paris, France and the European Institute of Design in Milan, Italy.

Monique is fluent in French, Spanish, and Italian.
