Heidi Firouzi

Heidi is a transactional real estate attorney with over 20 years of experience. Her primary areas of focus include commercial purchase/sale transactions, leasing, development, and financing.

Heidi frequently represents the firm’s clients in purchasing and selling office, industrial, and retail properties, primarily in California. She represents tenants in negotiating commercial leases, including negotiating AIR CRE Contracts/Leases, and represents owners in a variety of property ownership and landlord-tenant matters.

Prior to joining Consensus Legal, Heidi worked as in-house counsel for a Southern California real estate developer. She was responsible for the legal aspects of the entire cycle of the development process, from acquisition, negotiation and securing of construction financing, entitlements, construction and all sales and leasing for commercial and mixed-use projects.

Heidi obtained her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and her Bachelor of Environmental Science degree from York University in Toronto, Canada. She is licensed to practice law in California and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
