Amechi Akpom

Amechi has extensive experience in negotiating complex transactions, and in drafting a wide variety of contracts, including real estate and general business contracts. Amechi began his legal career at Jones Bell in downtown Los Angeles, providing counsel for companies in various industries, including real estate, financial services, and consumer products. He has represented parties involved in various types of litigation, including real estate litigation, contract disputes, and financial litigation, in state and federal court, as well as in FINRA arbitrations.

Amechi has an efficient approach to negotiating transactions. He seeks to find practical solutions for client concerns at the early stage of negotiation. Amechi earned his law degree from USC Law School and a his Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University.
