The project is located at the intersection of Vineyard Avenue and 9th Street in Rancho Cucamonga.
Usman represented an IDS Real Estate Group (www.idsrealestate.com) partnership in connection with the sale of five (5) of their buildings at Vineyard at 9th Business Park. The two (2) remaining industrial buildings total about 163,600 square feet and continue to be owned and operated by our client. We continue to negotiate the transactions for the Landlord and provide counsel on other legal issues at this fully leased project.
